Geof Cox BSc MCIPD


An international organisation change consultant and management trainer with over 15 years experience Geof has direct experience of major organisational restructuring. Employment experience as a line and HR manager in the oil industry and consulting/interim experience in the oil and chemicals, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, banking, tobacco, food and drink, FMCG, government and local authorities, and not-for-profit sectors in Europe (including Eastern Europe), Middle East, Africa, Caribbean and the USA gives him a depth of insight to improve your business.

Geoff’s innovative and collaborative methodology in Organisation development and cultural change, leadership and management development, performance management, large group interventions, influencing and negotiating, corporate communications, project management, cross cultural communication, business writing and conference design give you the solutions you want.

      



Nic Wiliamson BSc CEng FIMechE FIEE


An innovator with career long experience in consulting and project based assignments where improvement and cost reduction are important Nic uses his hands-on style, initiative and personality to obtain outstanding results with and through people at strategic and operational levels to improve your bottom line.
An experienced Trouble-Shooter, resourceful problem solver and project/ programme manager Nic is as equally at home in any business environment manufacturing, banking, engineering, service technology. He has particular expertise in engineering, financial analysis, project management and networking skills.

 


Ken Edwards BSc Dip Ed MBACP Dip Counselling& Psychotherapy


Ken had a diverse background in logistics, operational research, long-range planning and systems development management prior to operating for more than 20 years as a consultant and trainer in both public and private sectors.

He has particular skills in identifying the causes of performance problems whether arising from systems methods, organization structure, culture or relationships. As an experienced counsellor he places particular emphasis on the personal and leadership challenges that can arise. His particular strengths are in the breadth and depth of his business and consulting experience and his facilitation and presentation skills. A recent focus has been the challenge of helping teams teams to clarify their mission and objectives and to identify forward plans for performance.
